I do know one of those times the Left Analog Stick worked and one of those times it didn't and only the D-Pad was working. The other I believe it just showed up as an Xbox 360 controller, but I don't remember if it worked or not. One has the controller showing up in-game as a Nintendo GameCube controller used by the Official Nintendo Wii U Adapter. I've gotten only one controller to work in two weird ways. If you want to get around this you should just have to unbind the left stick for the unused controllers in x360ce. One thing to note is that if you are using the adapter like this, you must have all 4 controllers plugged into the adapter or else you won't be able to navigate the menu since any unplugged ports will be inputting down and to the right constantly.
